Simpson Rack Cards

Design template for a series of rack cards for Simpson Property Group. The client was looking for a cost effective way to be able to create several small brochures for different apartment communities. Each community was customized with color, photography and copy while the design format remained the same for each.

The Lofts At Security Brochure

This logo and brochure were created for The Lofts At Security in Los Angeles, an urban loft community in a historic 1920 bank building in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles's historic banking district.
